THE MEXICO CHINA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND TECHNOLOGY IS:

A business organization that groups together the main companies with operations in China and Mexico.

Mission: To promote business, attracting investment and cooperation, tourism and technological exchanges between Mexico and China, to promote development, certainty, transparency and good practices in business between both countries.

Vision: To be the most reliable and effective binational business organization for the promotion of business, investment and cooperation and technological exchange between Mexico and China.

ChinaCham also offers experience and representation, making tools and information available to companies that facilitate their operations and promote their services.It provides services to reduce risks and economic losses, helping thousands of companies in both countries in: immigration procedures, inspection of shipments and factories, translations, registration of trademarks and patents, commercial contracts, customs certifications and consulting on foreign trade, issues tax and financial, labor, investment and cultural induction, among others.

China Cham makes information and market intelligence available to companies to support decision-making, providing foreign trade statistics, economic analysis, profiles of key sectors (technology, energy, food and beverages, automotive, transportation and communications) and contact channels with buyers and sellers and their STATISTICAL DOSSIER.

Every year CHINA MEXICO FORUM and dozens of promotional activities and seminars are organized, including trade missions to China and Hong Kong and Mexico, participating in the most important fairs. Our high-level events help our members and partners to expand their network of contacts.

China Cham has an effective collaboration network with the most influential Chinese and Mexican organizations, as well as with relevant public and private entities to facilitate, realize and support successful business development.

  • Founded in 2008.
  • It is the binational Chamber with the highest recognition in promoting business between Mexico and China.

The Western region is recognized for being one of the most dynamic in the country, this chapter is made up of the states of Jalisco, Michoacán, Colima, Guanajuato and Aguascalientes, in addition a considerable part of the territory of Jalisco borders the Pacific Ocean.

The Bajío chapter made up of San Luis Potosí and Querétaro has one of the most important industrial corridors in Mexico which houses national corporations, multinationals and their industry, it has one of the most important international trade routes that goes from the main ports of Asia to supply Mexico, the United States and Central America.

The main sectors are; Agribusiness, automotive, household appliances, machinery and equipment, household appliances, wood products, for construction, chemicals, aerospace, information technology, as well as business support services, mining, agriculture, construction, electricity, transportation services , educational services, health and corporate management.

It will have the power to propose, advise, promote and disseminate issues and projects in foreign trade on the Mexico-China agenda. These tasks with the membership sectors’ support and the identification of common interests.

  • It is suggested to propose an event annually to inform the business community about updates on customs and international trade. This with the support of the specialized area of ​​the Central Office.
  • May participate as a consultative body for government, business, and private entities on import, export, supervision, and security in commercial operations and those that the Assembly considers.

The commission in charge of resolving and studying the customs clearance, its regulations, and everything related to it for the partners’ support.

  • It is suggested to propose at least one event annually to inform the business community about updates on customs matters. This with the support of the specialized area of ​​the Central Office.
  • You can summon and coordinate the working group with the affiliated companies of the sector with the Central Office and facility’s supporting to prepare proposals for improving commercial conditions and the facilitation of import and export processes. Export said might submit requests to the authorities and other corresponding public and private entities.

Propose, advise, promote and disseminate issues and policies on exchanging a direct investment in the Mexico-China agenda.

  • If due to the nature of the associated company, it has information on high-impact, industrial, and tourist projects that promote FDI. It will use the different platforms and communication media of the CCTMC to disseminate it with governments and the business community.
  • If you consider it, you can publish and provide guides and investment advice in Mexico and China on the CCTMC website.
  • This commission will have the power to be an advisor and consultant in bidding projects between Mexico and China.

Promote financial inclusion and education through cooperation mechanisms between banking institutions in Mexico and China.

  • If you consider it, you will share financial and statistical reports with the business community through the different platforms and media of the CCTMC.
  • All financial security recommendations will be welcomed and considered shared with the community and the business sector to minimize operating risks and disseminate financial education and health programs.
  • Being specialists in the field, you can advise on international payment methods for importers and exporters.
  • You will have the opportunity to suggest a plan for bilateral financial cooperation on regulatory issues and financial competencies.

Identify, propose, advise, promote and disseminate industrial and intellectual property issues and projects that facilitate trade in this area from Mexico to China and from China to Mexico. Besides, it is charged with protecting the creations of the CCTMC and its associates while promoting an organizational culture of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

  • This commission may support creative and research initiatives in all public and private dimensions and commercialize said creations.
  • You will have the facility to support the work of inducing investments in innovative and technological projects.
  • May contribute to the promotion of investment and the commercialization of intangible assets.

Identify, propose, advise, promote, and disseminate topics and initiatives to develop collaboration mechanisms in the generation, distribution, and energy administration.

  • May present and coordinate exploration projects for hydrocarbon sources for distribution and infrastructure.
  • If you consider it and have accurate data regarding the exchange of technical information and best practices, you can share it with the Central Office to distribute to the membership.
  • This commission will have the support to open and facilitate the exchange of natural gas and oil.

  • This commission will be entrusted to share Marketing initiatives to obtain publicity, promotion, PR, and studies that value the brand.
  • You will be able to contribute with the Board of Directors of the CCTMC to maintain relations with the representative organizations of Mexico and China.
  • It will be suggested to supervise the design, production, management, and integration of high-impact concepts for the Chamber’s promotional events.

Plan and organize activities, design strategies, define general guidelines, ensure the execution and compliance with the legislation and policies transmitted by the government in the field of Industrial Parks.

  • Promote membership and accelerate industrial development participation within the “Mexico-China Agenda” framework within the CCTMC.
  • It will be in charge of sensitizing or raising awareness among the private and public sectors’ main stakeholders about the benefits of the member parks of the CCTMC.
  • If it considers it necessary, it may organize meetings with the Chinese authorities in Mexico and the Mexican authorities in China to publicize the conditions and opportunities offered by the parks affiliated to the CCTMC with the board of directors’ support the management of the Central Offices.
